The Year In Pictures (Max)

Hey guys, hope you are all having a great Holiday!
The Sunday review of The New York Times this week was great (December 25, 2011).
Its a section called The Year in Pictures written by Colum McCann.
Colum McCann the same author of "Let The Great World Spin" which we read over the break.
You should really look at this because the pictures are very powerful and graphic. The text of McCann reinforces and explains the significances of the pictures. But he doesn't say very much because the pictures already tell us so much.
This section shows us the good and bad events of our 2011 year. (tsunami in Japan, flooding in Thailand, occupy wall street which spread to many other locations around the world, 7th billion child born, leaving Iraq, etc)
Enjoy looking back at this year full of joy, violence, and destruction.

Good catch, Max--
I didn't realize that Colum McCann wrote the text.
